Official Rules
Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The “Project Homeless No More” Campaign (the “Campaign”) is open to all legal U.S. residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, except employees, directors and officers (or any persons who have been employees, directors or officers in the past twelve months) of Put-Back, or prize suppliers and their affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, franchises, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families or household members of each. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.

How to enter: The entry period for the “Project Homeless No More” Campaign begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on September 30, 2018 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 19, 2018. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and DC). All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on November 19, 2018. Subject to complete Official Rules which are available here. Void where prohibited. Any eligible individual who contributes $10 or more to the “Project Homeless No More” Campaign Period will automatically be entered into the Campaign.

HOW TO ENTER INTO THE CAMPAIGN: During the Campaign Period, you may enter a total of fifty (50) times by either of the following methods or a combination thereof:

 (a) Method One, To Enter by Online Donation: 
 Go to PUT-BACK (the “Website”) here: WWW.PUTBACK.ORG follow the on-screen instructions to donate at least ten dollars ($10) online.

(b) Method Two, To enter by mail – check or money order:
To enter by mailing a check or United States money order, legible hand print or type “Project Homeless No More” Campaign on a postcard along with your full name, complete address with zip code, date of birth, day/evening phone numbers with area code and email address on a standard size postcard and mail to: c/o PUT-BACK, 8408 Little John Drive, Columbia, SC 29209.

All entries must be postmarked during the Campaign Period and received by November 19, 2018. All entries become the property of PUT-BACK and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winner or cash equivalent is allowed. PUT-BACK reserves the right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value.

Selection of winner: Winner will be determined in a random drawing on or about November 20, 2018 (from among all eligible entries conduct). The selecting official’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Campaign. Winners may be notified by telephone, mail or e-mail on or about November 20, 2018, and will be given instructions on how to claim prize. Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release (and, where permitted, a publicity release). Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Release of Liability: By participating, you release PUT-BACK and its’ respective subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, and all other associated with the development and execution of this Campaign, from any and against any and all injury, death, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Campaign and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and you agree that these entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize. By entering, you further agree that (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Campaign, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Campaign, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

(a) Agreement to Arbitrate: This Section is referred to in these Official Rules as the “Arbitration Agreement.”  You agree that any and all disputes or claims that have arisen or may arise between you and PUT-BACK, whether arising out of or relating to these Official Rules, the Promotion, your participation in the Promotion, the prize, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, any advertising, or any aspect of the relationship between us, shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than a court, in accordance with the terms of this Arbitration Agreement, except that you may assert individual claims in small claims court, if your claims qualify.  You agree that, by participating in the Promotion, you and PUT-BACK are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.  Your rights will be determined by a neutral arbitrator, not a judge or jury.  The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Arbitration Agreement.

(b) Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions and Non-Individualized Relief: YOU AND PUT-BACK AGREE THAT EACH OF US MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.  UNLESS BOTH YOU AND PUT-BACK, AS APPLICABLE, AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S OR PARTY’S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE, OR CLASS PROCEEDING.  ALSO, THE ARBITRATOR MAY AWARD RELIEF (INCLUDING MONETARY, INJUNCTIVE, AND DECLARATORY RELIEF) ONLY IN FAVOR OF THE INDIVIDUAL PARTY SEEKING RELIEF AND ONLY TO THE EXTENT NECESSARY TO PROVIDE RELIEF NECESSITATED BY THAT PARTY’S INDIVIDUAL CLAIM(S).

Additional Rules: Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. No responsibility is assumed for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, postage due or illegible entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by PUT-BACK on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the selecting official, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Campaign. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Campaign. PUT-BACK reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Campaign it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Campaign if the PUT-BACK believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Campaign. If Campaign is terminated before the end date, PUT-BACK will determine the winner from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. These Rules and this Campaign are governed by and controlled by the laws of the State of South Carolina. All actions, proceedings or litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted solely within the State of South Carolina, Richland County. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state courts of California and the federal courts located with such state and county with respect to any action, dispute or other matter pertaining to or arising out of this Campaign. Entry constitutes consent to post the winner's name on Put-Back’s website and to use the prize winner's name, voice, picture and/or likeness without compensation for promotion or advertising purposes.

Privacy: By entering the Campaign, you agree to receive informational and promotional communications periodically from PUT-BACK. If you want to opt-out of receiving communications from PUT-BACK, make and mail your request in writing to PUT-BACK, 8408 Little John Drive, Columbia, SC 29209.

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE CAMPAIGN, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND PUT-BACK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
